    airBaltic is looking for Non Type Rated First Officers on Airbus A

    Required skills

  • EASA ATPL or Frozen ATPL (CPL with ATPL subjects);
  • EASA Class 1 flight crew medical certificate;
  • ICAO Level 4 proficiency in English language or higher;
  • 1000 hours of Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems with MTOW of the aircraft at least 5,7t;
  • Clean Criminal Record;
  • To be self-motivated, committed to the highest standards of safety and responsibility, and willing to relocate to the Baltic States for the contract duration period. Other information Benefits:
    1. Annual average base income (includes 60 BH/month EUR gross (minimum EUR net);
    2. BH rate 40 EUR gross;
    3. A220 type rating covered by us with a 3 year bond agreement;
    4. Permanent employment contract with three months' probation period;
    5. Flexible roster with possibility to bid for preferred days off and flights;
    6. Average 70 BH flown in month;
    7. A minimum of 8 days off per month with 4 days off in a row;
    8. Roster for the next month published 14 calendar days in advance;
