+Responsibilities
- Lead crossfunctional teams ensure all air vehicle subsystems integrated delivered efficiently meeting product project requirements
- Oversee air vehicle development concept testing deployment Provide technical leadership key air vehicle domains including airframe propulsion electrical systems avionics hardware payload integration Manage aircraft system hardware configuration weight balance assessments aircraft performance optimization Ensure proper mounting solutions hardware hard mounts fuel cell mounts battery mounts Troubleshoot resolve technical challenges across air vehicle subsystems Collaborate engineering teams CAD designs system modelling analysis Maintain interface control documents ICDs payload integration system interfaces
