We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to join our team in Riga, Latvia.

About the Role:

• As a key member of our recruitment team, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate selection and placement.
• You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• You will analyze data-driven insights to track, assess, and improve recruitment metrics and strategies.
• Manage and optimize sourcing strategies across various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations throughout the hiring process.

About You:

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 1 year in a team lead role.
• You possess strong knowledge of recruitment practices, particularly in the BPO industry.
• You are fluent in English both verbally and written.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
