We are looking for a Marketing Project ManagerLocation:
Riga
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Drive awareness of the "Lieliska dāvana" brand.
Prepare, execute, and evaluate local and Group marketing campaigns across all sales channels (online and offline – brand stores and retail chains).
Planning and execution of local and group marketing projects and tasks.Collaborate with media channels:
radio, TV, internet, press, etc.
Cooperate with shopping centers and retail networks.
Plan and manage the marketing budget.
Work closely with the "Gera Dovana Group" marketing departments in Lithuania and Poland.
Prepare reports for the leadership team – the Group CMO and the Country Manager.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Higher education and at least 3 years of experience in marketing.
Creativity, proactiveness, and passion for getting things done.
Accountability and strong deadline discipline.
Project management skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, multifunctional environment.
Proven experience in building brand awareness, retail, and offline marketing.
Proven experience coordinating marketing campaigns and sales activities.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best marketing practices in the Latvian market.
Good command of English (all tasks and meetings with the international marketing team are conducted in English - both written and spoken).
