Essential Skills and Qualifications – Team Manager Careers in Riga BPO

Fluency in English and strong communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
Previous experience (2+ years preferred) in a team leadership or supervisory position within a BPO, customer service, or contact centre environment.
Proven ability to manage people, processes, and deliverables in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Excellent organisational and analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and take decisive action.
Competence with MS Office tools, CRM systems, and workforce management platforms.

Eligibility to work in Latvia or willingness to relocate to Riga (relocation support may be available).
