Recruitment Team Leader

• Lead a team of recruiters and set performance goals, providing regular feedback.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and high-quality candidate selection and placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Utilize data-driven insights to track, assess, and improve recruitment metrics and strategies.
• Manage sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the market.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, including 1 year in a team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, particularly in the BPO industry.
• Fluent English skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of other major European languages is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
