Job summary
We are looking for our first Facilities Manager for our brand new office in Riga. You will proactively manage, maintain and develop our new office, ensuring an excellent working environment for employees and business activities.You'll be a founding member of our Epson Business Services team, collaborating with colleagues locally across functions such as finance, supply chain and logistics. You'll also work closely with Epson teams all over Europe.
- Manage landlord and supplier relationships
- Implement proactive maintenance plans to ensure building functionality
- Oversight contractors permits project work quality compliance standards
